Food was basically raw and staff actually was rude and abusive. Be cautious they will follow you to your car and take a picture of your licenses plate while yelling.

I have not been to a fast food restaurants in quite awhile, as soon as I walked in there was nobody behind the registers. The manager came up and had a very bad looking attitude, was not nice at all. Nore did she even have a smile when she greeted me. I would never go to that Jack in the box store ever again. At least the cashier came back and served my food with a smile.

I was in this location on Saturday 2/17. A lady and man brought their food back in and said there were food quality issues. The manager refused to replace the food. She called the customer stupid. I was appalled and decided to leave the store. Such poor customer service and unprofessional.

Very clean and tidy.fastThe outside drink has been broken for a long time so you have asked for refills and sometimes they don't ask why you are at the counter.

I ordered the Jacks Favorites box. It's worth it. I didn't like the sauces, but I don't like sauces anyway. This box is enough food for two people to share. They served it fresh and hot. I was able to make it to the hotel, and it was still hot.
