I always thought the logo was really cool, and I didn't think much about what the place was until recently. I can now confirm that the interior and experience is as cool as the logo! I love the mood here, it is simply covered and everyone enjoys themselves without being too wild or subjugated. The two bartenders were ingenious, they love what they do and leap out that in their service you only enjoy as the customer you enjoy it all the more. We had only one brussel sprouts app, but it was wonderful. My friend had never tried brussel sprouts, but loved them – I think that says really much, haha. The drinks were great, which of course became even greater by the workers' enthusiasm. At Twist they have some fun where you can choose a few guidelines, such as your alcohol type, sweet or sour or others, and the glass type, and then the bar channels will throw something together for you. A kind of funny secret - a big TWIST on your typical menu. This is the place for a cool atmosphere, great drinks and real pleasure.

We have visited Fargo a few times in the past, but never stopped here. We thought last night for drinks and they had amazing special drinks and even made a smoked old-fashioned, which was amazing. We liked it so much that we came back to dinner next night. My husband had the 3-course menu with the wine pairing and I had the steak sandwich. The food and wine were amazing and I would risk telling the best food and drinks we had in Fargo. Josh, the owner stopped and spoke to us a few times. He's amazing and we wish him well. We'll be back DEFINITELY!
