The service is unmatched—truly exceptional. The atmosphere transports you to a place you’ll want to revisit time and again, and the food is so unbelievably delicious that my words can barely capture it. You’ll be enamored from the very first bite. After living in Fargo for 30 years, I can confidently say that nothing comes close to Spaghetti Western. If you visit, don't miss the menu items like Grandma's Rigatoni and Meat Sauce, Broccoli and Sausage, Amatriciana, Grandma’s Meat Sauce, and Buba Panna Cotta. Coming from Florida, I found the dining options here to be quite limited, so discovering this gem was a pleasant surprise. The food is excellent—I usually go for the Pesto, but the Arrabiata is also tasty. The Bruschetta was definitely the highlight. I did experience a minor hiccup during my second visit, as we waited two hours while a group walked in and was seated immediately ahead of us. However, this small inconvenience didn't diminish my overall enjoyment of the food. The setting is quite intimate, making it perfect for a date, though it can get somewhat noisy and crowded even during the week. I plan to return soon with a reservation to introduce a friend from out of town to this delightful place.
