Round Up Saloon - Fargo

This used to be my go-to spot for a beer after work, but after a negative experience with an employee, I can't see myself returning. I was a regular who spent a fair amount of time and money here, but this one person has ruined it for me. I was refused service for reasons I can't understand, and when I was served, there were always snide comments or judgmental looks, making me feel like I owed them something. It was my favorite place to unwind until this incident. Additionally, I didn't appreciate seeing one bartender doing all the work while the other sat at a table and neglected her duties.

I’m giving this place a low rating after my last visit. While there are some good bartenders here, the overall experience was rude and disrespectful, and I won't be returning. I wish I could identify the individuals responsible for my experience, as it would make it easier than giving an otherwise decent business a negative review. It was frustrating to be served incorrect drinks or to be ignored while others were served. It seems many people are aware of these issues, and it's disappointing that a business allows such behavior to persist. I even overheard the staff discussing matters among themselves, which only added to the drama. I was told I said things I didn’t actually say, and I can’t shake the feeling that it was related to my race.

I was hoping for a country bar experience, but both times I visited, they played Jay X all night on the jukebox. It felt more like a gathering for a smaller crowd.

The best service ever received! Our bartender/server works so hard! Love her! Let food die. I didn't have so much pumice. Drinks are great! You can taste the alcohol great Sunday fun day place

Stopped by for wings on half priced app night. The honey garlic wings were perfect! The Round Up has never disappointed us.
