The staff seems more focused on chatting with each other than taking care of customer orders, and they often get orders wrong. For example, I ordered the number 5 breakfast but received number 4 instead. Even after showing my receipt, they still brought me the wrong order. Many others have voiced similar complaints about this location. After this being my third negative experience here, I had to go to another McDonald's just to get the correct meal. It seems they used to have good employees, but now they are hiring anyone. I will not be returning. However, the McDonald's on 19th Ave SW provided excellent service today, getting my order right and treating me with respect. The difference is clear in the photos I took of the wrong order from 23rd Ave S and the correct one from 19th Ave SW.

I ordered a coffee at 1:00 PM, but they were out of it. I received the leftover drudges from the bottom of the pot instead of a full cup. Additionally, the lady who handed us our order mentioned she would go to the back of the kitchen to collect money. Overall, not the best visit.

I approached the counter and asked for fresh fries, and I also ordered two large caramel mochas. I saw an employee without gloves grab two small fries from the warmer, but they were cold as well. A few minutes later, I received my mochas and left. When my husband and I tasted the drinks at my meeting, they were disgusting. After the meeting, I returned to explain the issue. They remade my mochas, but they weren’t caramel. I will never go to this McDonald’s again.
