Ran in for a couple beers in between hockey games. Found a table wasn't overly busy. Waitress took half our orders and the other half had to run to bar to get drinks. Waitress never came back. We sat for 45 mins with empty beers. We would have had 2 more but I guess not. Way to many workers walking into the back. Have heard service isn't good here but not I can confirm it. Was looking for a cheap bar to eat at and found this place. Great food and great people. Not Crowded either
In my opinion Service was horrible. Service never came back to check on how the food was. Never brought us silverware had to go ask for it. She added a drink that wasn't even something we ordered. She rude when it She was questioned about it. Didn't even get to talk to someone who was in charge. She was very snipy when asked for a box. Will never go back with that kind of service. Too bad that I couldn't talk to a manager. My review might be different.
The staff has no idea what they are doing. Forgot our drinks multiple times. Brought us the wrong drinks. Told us the kitchen was closed when it was not. At one point even said that the cook didn't feel like cooking anything else for the night. The food that was brought out was warm at best and not good.
I had the best Alfredo pasta of my life the service was great the atmosphere was not bad neither all around it was a great experience can't wait to go back
The food was okay, service was slow (below expectations), and the atmosphere was no different than other bar grills.
