Could use some more gaming machines
Ran in for a couple beers in between hockey games. Found a table wasn't overly busy. Waitress took half our orders and the other half had to run to bar to get drinks. Waitress never came back. We sat for 45 mins with empty beers. We would have had 2 more but I guess not. Way to many workers walking into the back. Have heard service isn't good here but not I can confirm it. Worked in bars for years it just seemed un organized saw a lot of empty drinks at tables with people sitting. I guess it's buffalo wild wings next time.
In my opinion, the service was very poor. The staff never returned to check on our food, and we had to request silverware ourselves. Additionally, they added a drink to our bill that we never ordered, and the server was rude when we inquired about it. I didn't have the opportunity to speak with a manager, which was disappointing. When I asked for a takeout box, the server was quite snappy. With service like that, I won’t be going back. It's unfortunate that I couldn’t discuss my concerns with a manager, as it might have changed my overall experience.
I was searching for an affordable place to grab a bite and stumbled upon this restaurant. The food was fantastic, and the staff were wonderful. It wasn't crowded at all, which was a nice bonus.
The staff seemed unaware of their responsibilities. They forgot our drinks several times and brought us the wrong ones. They claimed the kitchen was closed even though it wasn’t, and at one point, they mentioned that the cook was simply not in the mood to prepare anything else for the night. When our food finally arrived, it was only lukewarm and lacked quality.
