They either need to offer better pay to be competitive or bring in management that is more hands-on. Every time I grabbed coffee in the morning on my way to work, it was full of coffee grounds. I’ve also had an employee follow me around, repeatedly asking if I wanted a pizza—no thanks, I just wanted to be left alone. If they could retain the people who genuinely care, this place would improve a lot.

This evening, the older woman... read more To the two older staff members working tonight, you truly are the backbone of this Casey's. I always notice you both when I visit. This evening, the older woman was in the kitchen and kept apologizing for the wait. She mentioned she was filling in for someone who didn't show up. That's what I call excellent customer service! She also said she hadn't been in the kitchen for six months and seemed a bit nervous, but honestly, this is the best pizza I’ve ever tasted!
