Casey's
Description
Casey’s offers affordable, tasty pizza and an impressive candy and dessert selection, earning praise for quality and value. While many enjoy friendly, attentive staff who go above and beyond—offering samples and genuine interactions—some locations suffer from inconsistent service, with reports of unfresh food, slow order times, and unwelcoming cashiers. Staffing challenges and management issues may impact the overall experience, though dedicated employees often shine as the heart of this hidden gem. Despite occasional hiccups, Casey’s remains a beloved spot for satisfying, budget-friendly meals with a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Great candy selection, amazing pizza for cheap (even by the slice), nice/helpful staff. I don't come here often but I'm always satisfied when I do. Casey's just hits different.
The best Casey's in town! They have an extensive variety of hot food, and the staff is fantastic!
To the two older staff members working tonight, you truly are the backbone of this Casey's. I always notice you both when I visit. This evening, the older woman was in the kitchen and kept apologizing for the wait. She mentioned she was filling in for someone who didn't show up. That's what I call excellent customer service! She also said she hadn't been in the kitchen for six months and seemed a bit nervous, but honestly, this is the best pizza I’ve ever tasted!
It appears that the girl at the counter struggles to greet customers, offer a smile, or show any appreciation—she only informs you of the total amount due. I encountered the same girl during both of my visits, and unfortunately, her unfriendly demeanor was consistent each time.
Casey's has some great employees, but they don’t stay for long. They either need to offer better pay to be competitive or bring in management that is more hands-on. Every time I grabbed coffee in the morning on my way to work, it was full of coffee grounds. I’ve also had an employee follow me around, repeatedly asking if I wanted a pizza—no thanks, I just wanted to be left alone. If they could retain the people who genuinely care, this place would improve a lot.
