**Restaurant Review: Casey's Pizza** Dining at Casey's Pizza has proven to be an inconsistent experience for many patrons. I inquired to their web site on May 5 about the deficiencies to their car wash. No reply. Inquired again may 12. No Reply. Apparently nobody cares.
Decided to order one of their subs. A. staff was confused on how to make it. B. It was terrible, chicken was cold. C. It was over priced. Pizza is great but if u want a sandwich go to subway.
The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and disrespectful! To make matters worse, he never even started our order and tried to claim that it had just been placed 30 minutes later when we arrived to pick it up! We ended up leaving and will never order pizza from Casey's again.
I ordered pizza on the 27th for the 29th. Got a confirmation email. Went to pick it up and there was no one making food. The girl there said the person didn't show up and she couldn't open the store and make pizzas. I said an email would have been nice.I picked up Boppas!!! Never again!
My husband ordered two pizzas for us from the 25th Street location, but unfortunately, they both turned out to be incorrect. He noticed the mistake and had my pizza remade, but it still wasn't right. We ended up wasting $40 on two specialty pizzas, and his had the wrong toppings as well. They added pineapple to his breakfast pizza and skimped on the toppings. On my pizza, they included green peppers instead of the onions that were supposed to be there. We're very disappointed with this experience at Casey's Pizza. After waiting about an hour, our orders were still messed up. It feels like a run-down place with staff who don’t seem to care. I would recommend ordering from a different location if you want Casey's Pizza.
