The overall store is fine, cashiers are great. However the pizza makers are incredibly slow. The first time I ordered online, I got there and there were no pizzas ready. The online order was still on the printer. She apologized and made the pizzas. I waited 40 minutes and they were not busy. Today I ordered when I got there, she said it will be 18 minutes. I was there 50 minutes!! I should have left, but she was in the middle of making them. What was really frustrating is customers after me that ordered received their pizza first. I love Casey?s pizza, but I won?t come back to this store anymore to get them.
New location, but concrete is already breaking up. Inside is fairly clean, but not as many options as I thought there would be inside with how big it is.
Ordered pizza through the Casey's app, door dash told me to call the store. Got nothing but a busy tone for 25 minutes. Never got the order. Where is my pizza or where is my $45

I've had a terrible experience with the service each time I've visited. The cashiers are incredibly slow and tend to chat excessively. There are always long lines, and instead of assisting customers, they engage in five-minute conversations. I won't be returning—I've tried giving it a few chances, but I've had enough.
