We invite you to experience a unique culinary adventure with our rotating menu, which features 5-7 delicious dishes that change twice a week. Join us from Tuesday to Friday, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, or for dinner from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. For those late-night cravings, we're open until 3:00 am on Fridays and Saturdays! We take a break on Sundays to recharge for another exciting week. We pride ourselves on sustainability, serving most of our food in eco-friendly, compostable containers. The food was incredible! I tried the pad see ew and absolutely adored it; it had the perfect level of spice and fantastic flavor! The staff operating the food truck were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back—this is the best Thai food I've had in Fargo, without a doubt!
