We waited about 45 minutes for our food, but we were told. We had a great meal, so worth the wait. The pub is advertising for staff so if anyone is looking for a job, check it out. Sign of our current times. Staff were lovely. If you have to wait a while, so what. Remember when we were shut indoors, and couldn't go to the pub! Be kind! View all feedback.

On this occasion stopped in at 8.50pm on Sunday for a pint to be refused service for a second at 9.15pm.Barman said they call time depending how busy they are. Was a great pub lunch! Although the chicken roast was so small! It felt like they shared the chicken out between 3 dishes. One person from our party literally had less than a 1/4 chicken.
We quite often visit here, either just the two of us or with the family. This pub is lovely, nice gardens and very good food. The pub is always busy which is the price you pay for a good experience. The staff today worked very hard as the heat was 0verwhelming. always a good welcome and nice atmosphere.
Stopped off for a pint and a glass of wine. Plenty of choice and well kept beer. Nice outside space to sit in the sun and enjoy, which we did. Will drop in again.
