The food was excellent, and it was wonderful to sit in the secluded garden, which provided a very relaxing atmosphere. The interior was beautiful, and the bathroom was clean. The service was attentive, with friendly and chatty staff. It's also dog-friendly and offers parking, which is an added bonus.

I was warmly welcomed by the staff and was served a delightful bowl of cheesy chips. I also had a wonderful fried dinner here and was very pleased with both the quality and portion sizes.

This was the second time I have visited this pub It was freezing cold as none of the log fires were on, After a good 15mins of complaining it was cold we were e... read more This was the second time I have visited this pub It was freezing cold as none of the log fires were on, After a good 15mins of complaining it was cold we were eventually offered an electric heater blankets (but who wants a blanket around them while eating at a pub) Food was fantastic both times. Staff are nice and Friendly, however they are a little show at first.
