Five Guys offers a tantalizing menu that elevates the classic burger experience but comes with a higher price tag, leaving patrons feeling a mix of satisfaction and sticker shock. While the burgers and milkshakes delight taste buds, the ambiance often feels lacking, with some diners noting a cheap decor. Service is generally friendly, enhancing the overall experience, though there are concerns about order fulfillment and mishaps with delivery services. Overall, while the quality of food garners praise, the restaurant's steep pricing may deter return visits from budget-conscious customers.

If you're looking to upgrade from Burger King, be prepared to bring your wallet to this restaurant. I was surprised to see that a basic burger, small fries, and milkshake for one person cost £20. While the food was tastier than BK and felt more like a diner meal, the price caught me off guard. If I had bought lunch for a family of four, it would have been even more expensive, especially when considering a trip to the neighboring Cinema or Rock Up climbing center. The decor and furniture seemed cheap and the ambience was lacking. The service was adequate but nothing special, and I was unsure why there was a tip jar at the order counter. Despite the high price, the milkshake was delicious and not overwhelming. I had heard great things about Five Guys, but the cost is making me hesitant to return.
