Darwin surprisingly (to non locals) has a very large Greek community and therefore Greek food is of high quality in the NT. This Greek bakery located near the airport is very unassuming and doesn't need to impress because their bakes speak for themselves. This Greek bakery located near the airport is very unassuming and doesn't need to impress because their bakes speak for themselves. I believe they do the bakes for the annual Darwin Greek Galenti festival. I had the Galaktoboureko (vanilla slice), amigdalota (almond cookie) and some Greek coffee for $10.50 which was very good value cos that slice was huge. Highly recommend.
Pretty tasty and the chick by the counter was really helpful telling us what everything is. All for $4.50! Bargo
Sweeeeeeeeet!. Super sweet desserts best for a lunchtime treat so you have time for the buzz to wear off...
The most amazing Greek desserts in Darwin. This place is heaven! Charlie and his staff are always helpful and ready to recommend something new, and will wrap your desserts in a box with a nice ribbon if you buy several items. They even have a few gluten free options available try the almond fingers! I haven't personally ordered any cakes myself but have seen what a great job Charlie does in decorating for special requests or occasions.
YUM!. Try the Baileys Balls DELICIOUS!
