Hubby and I decided to take our kids for their first mix-in ice-creams this afternoon on a whim, and I am so glad we did! The kids loved it, but beyond that, the young man who served us was an absolute legend. He was friendly and engaging with our little ones, and so thoughtful and considerate of what we may need as parents, all while completing the other aspects of his job efficiently. So impressed! On a Saturday peak time only have one staff member on, waited 20 minutes to be served. Asked if second staff member who was at the back visibly on mobile phone could help serve. Got told she was working in the back and only one person for front. View all feedback.
Really friendly staff who are happy to help out with your custom icecream request. The art of adding your mix ins to the icecream is a display worth experiencing.
Kaitlyn served us 19/8/20, neither of us had been to Cold Rock before and she was very helpful. The icecream was yum.
This young islander fella served me at cold rock best experience definitely recommend going into cold rock and being served he is good at his job and makes effort for his customers and is always polite.
