We were served by a friendly waitress in the beer garden, enjoying a few light lunches. The food was delicious, as shown in the photo. We were checked on occasionally, just the right amount, and our beer was brought regularly to accompany the fantastic meal. It was perfect to be able to go home feeling content. Will we return? Came for food with the family my Stake Pie was delicious could have done with a wee more gravy with it. Mum's paella had plenty of fish, and she was happy, too.
Warm and welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, food is farely priced, the Sunday Roast is unbeatable, true value for money, good portions, you do get a lot for large or small meal, and cooked perfectly, I recommended you give the New Inn in Mabe Burnthouse a visit, they are also dog friendly, I am sure you will not be disappointed. Just to be sure, pleased phone and book a table, as the New Inn is becoming busy, you don't want to be disappointed now do you!
Just had a fabulous roast dinner here with friends. Very reasonably priced with good portions. Had 6 different vegetables and lots of roast potatoes. Would definitely recommend.
