Dogfish Head Alehouse - Falls Church

If you like specialty brews, and some good food, try Dogfish Head. If you're a fan of macaroni and cheese, they have a pretty good rendition. For $3 more, they'll put a good size chunk of a steak (sliced up) on it. Dogfish head has a number of their own brand of beers on tap, and a bunch more available by bottle. They're known for IPAs, which are typically on tap, but if you go, you must try their seasonal specialties. If you can get it, try the Midas Touch. It's a beer that's like 12% ABV, and a bit on the sweet side. I highly recommend it.
