Service from our in... read more I feel bad sharing this, but after poor resolution, I know it 's necessary due to our interaction with an employee whose name starts with K. Service from our initial waitress was absolutely terrible. We were cut off in the middle of attempting to order food for our children (who had just finished three baseball games) and we were given drinks that didn 't match our orders (i.e: a margarita that looked like lemonade and tasted awful). After us notifying the team that we did not feel comfortable with her providing our group of 10 services, we were approached by the same employee continuously. With my favorite approach being, I thought you wanted nachos. What, did I piss you off? . The ONLY reason two stars are given, in service, is due to the second waitress who replaced one of the drinks we had requested and apologized for the terrible service provided up to this point every time she walked by our group.

Our expectations were lowered once we got our appetizer. We got the crispy shrimp and they gave us 5 small shrimp for $14. The only upside of that was that our toddler loved them. I ordered the chicken caprese sandwich and it was not great, especially for the price. The chicken tasted like bland, baked chicken. I wish it tasted more restaurant quality and was marinated or something. It would have been a lot better too if it was served on toasted sandwich bread instead of on a grocery store burger bun. It wasn't even toasted. The fries were good. My husband got the beef sliders and ordered a side of onion rings. The onion rings were good but the batter didn't seem to be cooked all the way through on some of them. My husband said the beef was good and he enjoyed the sliders but the prices were higher than what we were willing to pay for the quality of the food.

This is the reason for lower rating on service and atmosphere. Will go again though. Food very good. It now appears that one of us had a clock that was off by 10 minutes. Our clocks showed we arrived at 3 min to 11 and the doors were opened at 11. Apologies if we got the time wrong. I bet its a really great place when things get going. Love the food. Worth the drive from yerington.

Not only was it one of the smallest burgers I've ever seen for a resteraunt,... read more So I ordered a burger for pickup. I got a patty melt. Paid 16 to 17 dollars for it. Not only was it one of the smallest burgers I've ever seen for a resteraunt, everything was so under seasoned. Fries were so soggy I immediately threw them away. Easily 80 percent of my burger was bread and the burger looked like a small hockey puck. You can rest assure I will not be back. I can get a better and cheaper burger twice it's size at JD Slingers. I can only put one star for food but in reality, you guys get a zero.
