I feel bad sharing this, but after poor resolution, I know it 's necessary due to our interaction with an employee whose name starts with K. Service from our in... read more I feel bad sharing this, but after poor resolution, I know it 's necessary due to our interaction with an employee whose name starts with K. Service from our initial waitress was absolutely terrible. We were cut off in the middle of attempting to order food for our children (who had just finished three baseball games) and we were given drinks that didn 't match our orders (i.e: a margarita that looked like lemonade and tasted awful). After us notifying the team that we did not feel comfortable with her providing our group of 10 services, we were approached by the same employee continuously. With my favorite approach being, I thought you wanted nachos. What, did I piss you off? . The ONLY reason two stars are given, in service, is due to the second waitress who replaced one of the drinks we had requested and apologized for the terrible service provided up to this point every time she walked by our group.

Our expectations were lowered once we got our appetizer. We got the crispy shrimp and they gave us 5 small shrimp for $14. The only upside of that was that our toddler loved them. I ordered the chicken caprese sandwich and it was not great, especially for the price. The chicken tasted like bland, baked chicken. I wish it tasted more restaurant quality and was marinated or something. It would have been a lot better too if it was served on toasted sandwich bread instead of on a grocery store burger bun. It wasn't even toasted. The fries were good. My husband got the beef sliders and ordered a side of onion rings. The onion rings were good but the batter didn't seem to be cooked all the way through on some of them. My husband said the beef was good and he enjoyed the sliders but the prices were higher than what we were willing to pay for the quality of the food.
