Their door states that they are open 8pm or later .... read more Drive thru experience was satisfactory, however, we were trying to go inside at 8:10pm on a Saturday night. Their door states that they are open 8pm or later . Got out of the vehicle and we were two steps from the door when an employee locked the doorin our face while looking right at us. We have a large long truck and drive thrus are difficult. Extremely rude, should havelocked the door after we entered.

I ordered nacho Belgrade w extra chz, tomato and sour cream . Not always do I get my chips covered. Tonight Timmy took my order and wasamazing and Jackie took my payment. They were both so very friendly and I want especially Tim to get credit for being soprofessional and friendly he did a great job. I've experienced not so friendly for the last few weeks. He was happy to take myorder instead of acting like I was causing him a hardship by driving through as I've experienced many times the past few weeks. I hope you take time to thank Tim for giving outstanding service. He made my night after a tough night at work.

The shell in th... read more This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. I ordered a Crunchwrap and hard tacos, but everything was so soggy that I couldn't eat it. The shell in the Crunchwrap was completely disintegrated into the meat, which made me feel sick. I would recommend saving your money and going elsewhere.

There were no paper towels in the bathrooms—how are the employees supposed to wash and dry their hands? Overall, it was really unpleasant!

It took 15 minutes to receive our order, which was poorly assembled and seemed to be missing something in flavor. The crunchwrap didn't feel right—more like it was made with corn chips instead of a crunchy corn tortilla, and it was only half folded. I had to roll it to eat it instead of it being firm. The highlight was Ashleigh—she alone deserves two stars. She brought me a new crunchwrap, which still wasn’t quite right, but she was fantastic.
