We ordered the Fill Up Box, and while the four-piece crispy chicken and biscuits were delicious, we were disappointed with the nuggets that we've seen advertise... read more We ordered the Fill Up Box, and while the four-piece crispy chicken and biscuits were delicious, we were disappointed with the nuggets that we've seen advertised. They were undercooked, had very little breading, and there were only about 10 nuggets in the box. We're not sure how many we were supposed to receive, but we specifically wanted the nuggets and fries. Unfortunately, the fries were also lacking. We won't be ordering this again!

So instead of getting a thigh leg in my meal, I got an overcooked back leg. Didn't get any honey butter for my biscuit either. I ordered my meal for dine in, the kid just set it on the counter without a tray I asked if I could get a tray and he looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about. He said a tray? Isaid yes the tray you put people food on when they dine in, then he said oh ok let me get one so he went to the back and broughtone up then he looked at it and said oh this one is all wet so he went back to get another one. He didn't give me a cup for mydrink but he walked off to do something else so I asked a girl that has long dark hair and glasses and is kinda tall. When Iasked her for a cup for my drink she said a cup? I said yeah the paper cup so she asked another person where are the paper cups. I pointed them out to her and she said oh these? I said yes I want the size that comes with the meal. I think your employeeneeds more training before you let them out on the floor or at least make sure they know what things are. Get some goodemployees and maybe I will go back..
