Taco Bell - Fall River

I love Taco Bell! My grandson and I used to visit this place frequently when he was in school. He's now in the Army, and I'm happy to say that he still enjoys Taco Bell even after all this time!

The food was lukewarm when I received it. I wasn't provided with drinks or sauces, so I had to go inside to request them. By the time I returned to the car, the food had already cooled down.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They mismatched my order, giving me the wrong drink and burritos instead of the nacho fries I requested. To make matters worse, they charged me incorrectly and promised a refund to my debit card, but that never happened. The staff had rude attitudes and seemed indifferent to my concerns. I used to be a loyal customer, but that has changed!

Friendly staff, clean place and tasty food as usual. I dont dine in often, but when i do its nice to see the staff clean the table right after the customer leaves. Keeps it looking really nice. Not a fan of walking into a restaurant to eat and seeing atable a mess with food and having to find a clean table. Only thing I'd like to see improved on is the distribution ofingredients on my taco. Sucks getting a mouthful of nacho cheese, sour cream and most recently Chipotle sauce. Tried the newspicy potato taco and first bite was literally a mouthful of what I think was Chipotle sauce and some lettuce. I opened it up tocheck ot out and there was barely any sauce left for the rest of the taco. Of course it was delicious, but still lol. Happensmore often than I'd like. Otherwise no complaints.

Had best experience tonight! Girl inside was very pleasant and my food was made well. Thanks!
