The staff seems completely untrained, as if they have only four brain cells combined. Their credit card machine has been down for weeks, so it’s cash or Apple Pay only. I saw a customer lose his cool because he didn’t have Apple Pay and had to leave to get cash just to come back. I stopped by for lunch today, and they were out of chicken. On another occasion, I found a sign on the door saying that food wouldn’t be ready until 5 PM.

I ordered a simple burrito bowl and chips and queso. Ordered on the website, and had a smooth pick up with the drive thru lane. When I got home I was astounded... read more I ordered a simple burrito bowl and chips and queso. Ordered on the website, and had a smooth pick up with the drive thru lane. When I got home I was astounded at how pitiful the bowl was I have never seen something like this before. The bowl was only filled with like a tablespoon of each ingredient and the final product didn't even reach the top of the bottom bowl. On top of this, my bag looked like it had been opened after sealing, and I didn't even get chips. Incredibly

Food items were extremely low or were completely out. Food portion is ridiculously small. Ordering double meat will only get you scraps and bits. Terrible service. Go at your own risk.
