It was located across the road from a peaceful river, where people were fishing. Highly recommend ? Parking: Free parking on both sides of the road. Gravel surface. Kid-friendliness: Kid- and family-friendly

We sat down at 11am, orders were taken at 11;15 (took about 5 minutes to receive the menu). Food did not arrive until 12:10. If we’re being generous, let’s say... read more We sat down at 11am, orders were taken at 11;15 (took about 5 minutes to receive the menu). Food did not arrive until 12:10. If we’re being generous, let’s say it takes 5 minutes to get the order put in. That’s now 50 minutes before food was on our table. That’s unacceptable. When I asked if they were short staffed, the bartender/waitress told me that the current owners are selling, and all the staff is leaving. That is not something you tell your customers. I would recommend that the wait staff or current owners, who clearly don’t care about the business since they’re trying to sell, make an effort to communicate with their customers that the wait will be long. A perfect way to do this, is perhaps offer the patrons some toast to start with. This will also tie over some hungry kiddos or in our case…myself, the hangry girlfriend. Food was great. Would not recommend, overall attitude from staff was lack of care, and obviously no one wants to wait that long for food.
