The Rock Eatery - Falkland

We stopped for lunch which was quiet, I know they are busy at dinner time. We both had tacos, one pork, one fish. Sides of soup and potato salad. Food and service was excellent. Clean restaurant and bathrooms.

We have recently enjoyed two of the best meals ever in very small family run restaurants; one quite famous one on the west coast of Ireland and the other in Falkland, BC -- and it deserves to be famous. The Rock not only had absolutely fantastic food but it had incredible service to go with it --and the sticky pudding is even better than described in another review as "to die for". If you ever get to Falkland find out their open hours and make sure you stop for a meal. You won't regret it!

This fantastic restaurant is amazing! My husband said "my taste buds have been hijacked "!This husband and wife team have created an ambiance of excellent service and fine dining which is an experience that we will come back on our next journey to the coast. I already know we will want to make The Rock Eatery our annual excursion.The ample portions have so much freshness and flavors. Everything is made in house!Please make a reservation so that you won't be disappointed as they have full houses frequently. Love coming here to dine even though it is so far for us to come. But it is so worth the drive... the sticky toffee pudding is to die for!!! If driving through Falkland u must tey this place out... its a must. Everything on the menu is amazing. Our beautiful meals this evening, topped off with sticky toffee pudding. Mmmm

The BEST food I've had in a restaurant hands down, and amazing service, beautiful decor/setting/artwork/patio. Owners (chef and server) were both so accommodating, can't say enough good things. Also, Do yourself a favour and end with dessert, probably the sticky toffee pudding. Perfection.
