Avoid this place they have an ignorant attitude to customer service tried to place an phone order several times on different dates and on each occasion the call was picked up yet no words ever said by the restaurant representative and then they just hang up the phone! This small takeaway spot offers some of the best food in the area. However, reducing portion sizes is not the way to keep customers coming back. If necessary, it would be better to raise prices and ensure that containers are fully filled. Otherwise, customers may feel like they are being shortchanged, especially since this establishment only accepts cash.
I had dinner at this restaurant tonight and it was delicious. Even waiting for my food was enjoyable as I had a lovely chat with Brian. I will definitely be back to try something new.
Always have the best food here, everything is so tasty, always treated with respect service is great delivered quickly and delivery driver very pleasant. Would definitely recommend the sweet and sour chicken and the chips taste better that chipshop.
I called for a takeout as I had ordered from this restaurant over the weekend and received complimentary spring rolls with spicy sauce, which I thought was a nice touch. The food was delicious, so I decided to order again this evening. When I inquired about the cost and quantity of the spring rolls for a paid portion, I was told that they do not come with any sauce. I mentioned the complimentary spring rolls I had received previously, which led to the owner becoming defensive and questioning if I was a regular customer. I explained that I was not a regular, but was impressed with the food and wanted to order again. The owner rudely insisted that I should already have a menu and refused to take my order, claiming he had human rights. He then stated that he did not have a driver to deliver and refused to allow me to pick up the order unless I was a regular customer. This behavior was extremely shocking and I believe it is important for others to be aware of this when considering ordering from this restaurant. It's a shame, as the food was delicious.
Had a varied menu from spring rolls to barbeques ribs to salt and pepper ribs as starters and then on to chow mein , king prawn Hong Kong style with fried rice and crispy beef in black bean sauce with fried rice. Really good food, good prices and fast service what's not to like!
