Use this place regularly but was very disappointed. Food was below average. Booked a 2 hour slot. Was told we only had 1.5 hours ordered a glass of wine which came before our meal. Finished our meal and it were a cocktail. To be told we couldn't have another drink as our plates had left the table? I said we had the table for 1.5 hours and you literally just took our plates. The service was slow, and we were informed at 8:30 that we had to leave immediately because the next customers were already here. They mentioned a problem with the system, but only after we requested to finish our drinks first. We were told that we had to leave right away for the next customers. Had a wowk deal for a cursor and drink. we booked a table on Saturday afternoon. we came a few minutes early when we traveled an hour from home. there were many tables available, but the waitress fought to put us and seemed liquid. once we sat on minutes, without drinks order or menus on the table, during which time we experienced the extent of the inexperience and ineptitude of the young person. there were tables in which everyone was waiting for food orders. everything seemed good, but nobody seemed to know what happened and the atmosphere was tense. After he called the young waiter, he informed us that children who had laid the cook last week and the manager fulfilled his place. my man liked the idea, eating cooked by a manager. we told him we were going and received a refund on our voucher. I visited the toilet before we left and it was disgusting. flowing, broken wallpapers and emotional. avoid this location. such a scandal as it is clear, someone has taken time to design a good menu and to look at the decor, although areas that need to be repaired or updated.
Bought boozy brunch goodschein about itison. ordered a burger and chips that was delicious, but the menu was not so advertised. had prosecco with a good license that was very nice. the service was slow when only the staff waited for service. it was nice, but it was run away from her feet. overall, enjoyed, but owners need to plan the service better.
Yesterday afternoon. beautiful, friendly manager and beautiful cocktails. manager are new and have some early tooth replacement, but once sorted, this place will be worth a visit for its friendliness, welcome and cocktails.
Really relaxing atmosphere. just a few cocktails. that was worth it. wish other customers could understand this!.

The service at this restaurant was disappointingly slow. We waited for at least 20-25 minutes before we had to get up and request someone to come take our order, despite being told that it was table service only. The service was subpar, especially considering that the restaurant was not busy at the time.

I think we should have been informed about this from the beginning and given a warning, as we thought we had the table for 2 hours as stated on the OpenTable app. The next customers should have been told that we could have an extra 10 minutes to finish our drinks, instead of being told that we had to leave immediately.
Lovely place, staff were were very good but the food wasn't the best, probably just picked the wrong thing, not the best fajitas I've had too much peppers not very much chicken
Terrible. Booked a table at 1900hrs and was left standing for about 25 minutes waiting for it and then spoken to by the manager in a patronising and condescending manner. No jolly, no gin
