After dotting around different Chinese restaurants after moving to centre of Falkirk we have found the Canton is our favourite. Best salt and chilli chips and great menu selection. Very quick delivery and consistent quality.
Went in randomly after a few bad experiences at another couple of local chineses we previously used. Never had any issues with Canton. We usually collect for quickness. Always been fresh and hot.
Ordered online at by still no delivery. Called and was told they had just left. Called again at as still no delivery. Was told the driver handed it to a man at my address' ages ago'. Refused a refund, they sent the...delivery driver back down to take a photo of the door, definately not out door. But aparently this matches the Google map image from the girl on the phone. Refused a refund due to this, shocking customer service. Clearly don't care about their reputation going by other reviews. Avoid at all costs, unless you want to pay for the delivery drivers dinner!
I used to adore this restaurant and was a loyal customer. However, they no longer deliver to my location.
