I’m out all the time and like good service but the guy serving kept on trying to upsell and I specifically said no cream on a hot chocolate got it anyway and got charged but I didn’t want to make a fuss so just paid.... Forgetting them costa and dieucks, the coffee here is much better
I visited Cafe Nero in Falkirk at the beginning of December and was very impressed by the excellent service. I will definitely be returning in the future.
