We are regular customers but will not be using Bruno's again if this is how they treat their regulars. There are plenty other places we can order from.

I was also a bit disappointed with the guy doing the frying who seemed to be walking around cooking well on his mobile phone I know this is a only chip shop not a restaurant but give you a question he couldn't be bothered

Sorry to say that we'll not be back. We called our order in for collection. On returning home there was only one piece of fish in each portion. We were told that there would be two pieces of fish in each but because there was a delivery due, one piece would be a small fish. Upon calling it was decided that the missing fish would be delivered. An hour later it was but only one piece. The meal was very greasy and I'm pretty sure we were over charged. Maybe a bad night at the fryers? Food: 1
