I called last week to order a sandwich while I was in the area, and the young employee informed me that they were busy and had no available seats, even though I... read more I called last week to order a sandwich while I was in the area, and the young employee informed me that they were busy and had no available seats, even though I could see one open. I asked if I could get a takeaway since I couldn't wait, but she sadly told me they weren't offering takeout at the moment. (But that option should have been available.) A family friend had a similar experience just a month ago, so it seems to be a recurring issue. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning!

From the moment we contacted them asking if they would consider hosting our reception they were on board and super helpful. The communication and organisation was great throughout the entire planning process and Batch spoiled us the entire time. Their attention to detail to the venue set up and the menu was fantastic, everything tasted amazing and they ensured anyone with food allergies or dietary requirements still had loads of tasty options. Our family and friends are still raving about the food and wish they could try everything again. Everyone loved their starters and mains and couldn’t decide which canapé was nicest. We have all been going on about how nice the battered fish was for the evening food so you may have some people in requesting it The day went so smoothly thanks to every single staff member, we couldn’t believe the extra miles you all went to.
