Pizza Hut - Fairview

4-20-24 i ordered a pizza online waited 20 minutes already for a medium pizza used my points for free bread sticks already paid for it and everything and got there told me it wasn’t ready waiting even longer then go check on it again and tell me they gave my order to someone else wanted me to wait even longer i couldn’t because i had a hungry screaming 18 month old and they wouldn’t give me my money or points back I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I went to this Pizza Hut on the 16th of February to pick up a pizza that we ordered about 25 miles away. We get there and the waitress told us the price and it was just coming out of the oven and if we could drive around and circle back. So we did sat at the window about 10 minutes and comes back and tells us that they just put it in the oven. I asked for my cash back and was denied sent the manager over about 5 minutes later she tells me that she cannot give cash back!!! what the heck??? So she tells me that it will be on our phone number and the refund would work at any Pizza Hut in this area. Well that was a LIE!!!!!!Went to the Pizza Hut in Alva Oklahoma and the young waitress said there was no way they can transfer the refund. So then I told her she went asked her GM sure enough the people at Fairview Pizza Hut all lied.So apparently I am out $40Never again will go to the Pizza Hut at Fairview!!!!

Worst place I’ve ever been. Only rated 1 star because I had to. Management is a freaking joke!

9/13/23 I visited this Pizza Hut and ordered the chicken alfredo and 6 original wings and only recieved 5 wings.9/23/23 I visited this Pizza Hut and ordered the same chicken alfredo and 6 original wings and once again only recieved 5 of the 6 wings that I ordered and was once again charged full price. In both incidents I received the same poor attitude from the staff for pointing out that they are ripping off their customers. 6 original wings on the menu are $13.29 which means those wings are over $2.00 a piece. I'm the old fashioned type that EXPECTS to get what I'm paying for. If this has happened to me twice in 10 days how many other customers have they ripped off? Two dollars adds up over time.

They didnt make part of our order. Had to go get plates for our meal from the salad bar. Watched a man sit there for almost 20 min none ever came to his table so he just walked out. This place has gone way down hill.
