I went through the drive-thru between 9 and 10. The workers were easy to understand on the intercom. I received fast and friendly service at the window. I highly recommend this spot during that time! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Absolute worst Coke ever! Ordered on App, picked up as we traveled across state. Took first sips from 1 cherry Coke and 1 regular Coke (both Large) a bit outside town, and they were undrinkable. Stopped there because we were short on time (that's what they're known for) and did not return to request refund. Surprised and dismayed.... Service: Takeaway View all feedback.
It always takes a long time to receive my order, and it’s often incorrect, although they do make an effort to correct it. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.
If I could rate this place a half star, I definitely would. I ordered a chocolate shake but received just pure vanilla instead. When I requested a cheeseburger, I was given a plain burger without any condiments. At one point, I asked for ice and was handed a bag that was already melting and about a third empty—what's going on here? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The flavors were exceptional and truly exceeded my expectations. However, the service could use some improvement, as I would rate it a 3 out of 5. The staff was polite, but a bit disorganized. As for the atmosphere, I really enjoyed the vibe, giving it a solid 4 out of 5. Overall, this place is worth a visit for the delicious food alone!
It took far too long to receive our drinks and food. The drinks were cold and delicious and the food was also cold, only it wasn’t delicious like the drinks were. Now I could be wrong, but I think that may have been due to the coldness of the food. Maybe next time the drinks can be warm so that maybe we receive food that might also be warm Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
The sign reads "under new management," so we decided to stop by for some afternoon snacks. Unfortunately, they couldn't get our order right, even after they came to our car to take it. The app payment didn't go through, and they suggested we restart our phone. I only had a $100 bill to pay a $25 tab, and they complained about having to make change. To top it off, the Blizzard desserts weren't made as we had ordered. I really hope the new management figures things out, but I didn’t notice any improvements during our visit.
