The sandwiches were delicious and the staff was friendly, just as we had hoped for.

The food was standard subway fare, but what really s... read more I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant located in a subway station in a small Colorado mountain town. The food was standard subway fare, but what really stood out were the exceptional employees. Two young gentlemen, whose names I unfortunately did not catch, were truly impressive. They were friendly, efficient, and fun to interact with. One of them, who I can only describe as a "sandwich artist," had a unique technique for layering lunch meat that was both entertaining and efficient. Overall, the experience was much more enjoyable than I had anticipated.
