Mccall's Park - Fairplay

The food was very good. However, a mixup was made on our order, and the lady at the counter was rude when we asked about it. We had already been patient when things we wanted to order originally were not available. We had already paid for our order and had given a tip, but this did matter when it came to asking about the mistake on the order. Nothing was done. I see this kind of rudeness has been mentioned in several recent reviews, but it does not look like any changes are being made. I would like to ask the owner why customer service is not a priority. We had a great time in Fairplay other than this experience. I am sorry I cannot recommend this place.

Don’t waste your money here. Made a large order with 8 meals, only received 7 and were told that we never ordered 8 even though the original ticket stated 8 meals. The bartenders were incompetent and rude, as well as completely incapable of reading their own handwriting. The bartender claimed they were out of multiple food items and was rude about the inconvenience of rewriting the ticket. Maybe they should know what they have before taking orders. Also, the hamburgers were false advertising- nowhere near a half pound of meat.

Local' favorite! Megan, Libby, Melissa, Patty and Janel are awesome! Curtis makes the best food.

When I’m hiking in the area, I can’t think about anything other than my post-hike burger here. Just so, so good. Prices are extremely reasonable, the patio is the best around, and the staff are all great.

Great lunch in Fairplay. Got the buffalo burger and it really hit the spot!
