We always have depended on stopping at the Burro Cafe for lunch on our trips to CO and return to New Mexico. Unfortunately, the Burro no longer exists. It is now Casa Sanchez and serves Mexican food. It does have a full liquor license but I would rather have the Burro back. View all feedback.
