The signature Proof burger was fantastic. I also really enjoyed the Pasta salad. I tried the cucumber martini and it was one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had.
The food here is wonderful! The house burgers were juicy and so delicious. We also tried a veggie burger which we loved. Oh and the french fries were crispy and hot! The whole family was happy and full. Don’t sleep on Proof 102!
Pretty chill place. Live music some nights. Good beers.
Big need for this restaurant and bar in Fairfield. Great food and drinks. Atmosphere wonderful as well.
