Worst service ever ! I ordered a medium iced cake batter latte and they literally handed me a cup full of flavored milk theirs not one single drop of coffee in this drink. When I asked what I assumed to be the manager if my drink was right and turned to girl making the drinks and she just looked down and shook her head to say yes. This place is fantastic if you enjoy waiting in your car for ten minutes without anyone taking your order.
Climb on the drive0thru and drove around to go inside. a girl was both. more slowly than mist! owner or manager finally came out of the way and took my command. I couldn't even go the toilet room and wait because they were locked up.
I went out of my way to get coffee from this place, but they haven't made my usual order correctly for a whole month. The wait in line is incredibly slow, and their “on-the-go” service is pointless since you still end up waiting at the window for them to prepare your drink.
This place is fantastic! I usually visit at 6:30 in the morning, and I'm always welcomed with a warm smile. After I place my order, it arrives almost instantly, accompanied by friendly smiles from the staff and a lovely wave as they encourage me to come back soon. The staff truly enhance my experience, making it just as memorable as the well-prepared and delicious food. Great job to the entire team—you all deserve more than just a five-star rating for being such wonderful people. Much love!
A star for a big mistake. I asked to make a latte with milk, it said twice. my drink received half of it drunk until I had symptome of milk and two days later I am still sick. halfway through this time was not a label on my drink. I won't be back.
