Workers just stood and talked to each other when there was NO LINE AT ALL. The “lead” was wearing a hat and glasses and was very rude.Got our food and it was chewy and cold like it had just been sitting there for a solid amount of time before bringing it out.Not the Chick-fil-A vibe you’re used to. Ordered 11pc nuggets and only got 9 strawberry milkshake didn't even have any flavor capisity was not good I had butts in my face not a very good lunch
