As first time Melbourne visitors, we have been delighted by the food. We had lunch yesterday at a little cafe called Apte and it was really good. The menu was modern and clean and green, and the presentation as outstanding. The Ricotta Hotcake was like a beautiful garden. Well done to the owners. PS pet friendly too. Very important. Our dog likes to dine out too!

I had the Chef's special and it felt like I was a judge on MKR as it looked great and tasted just as good. It was chorizo, chilli, avocado (patties) with onions and a fab bbq sauce and red slaw, delicious! The people I went there with all raved about their meals as well. This was for lunch.
