I had a delicious long black coffee and a generous egg and bacon sandwich, which were both served promptly with a smile.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover a back are... read more It seems like you're being deceived. Apte is much larger on the inside than it appears from Heidelberger road. I was pleasantly surprised to discover a back area and parking lot behind the restaurant, which is very convenient. The decor is simple yet tasteful, with well-spaced tables. However, my experience was slightly marred by a patron loudly conducting a business call on speakerphone, which I found to be off-putting and rude. While the long black coffee was too bitter for my taste, I appreciated the variety of specialties on the menu and found the service to be polite and efficient. I will consider giving this place another try in the future, as I believe it has the potential to improve.

The all day breakfast menu offers a good variety of choices. For those with a sweet tooth, there is...a delicious selection of cakes and slices. The carrot cake muffin was superb! No need to park on the busy main road, there is a carpark out the back!
