Hidden from the street frontage, walk through the cafe to a lovely outdoor area (it's undercover too!).The all day breakfast menu offers a good variety of choices. For those with a sweet tooth, there is a delicious selection of cakes and slices. The carrot cake muffin was superb!No need to park on the busy main road, there is a carpark out the back!

The menu was m... read more As first time Melbourne visitors, we have been delighted by the food. We had lunch yesterday at a little cafe called Apte and it was really good. The menu was modern and clean and green, and the presentation as outstanding. The Ricotta Hotcake was like a beautiful garden. Well done to the owners. PS pet friendly too. Very important. Our dog likes to dine out too!

I had a delicious long black coffee and a generous egg and bacon sandwich, which were both served promptly with a smile.
