When my food finally arrived, he threw it on the counter and just said, “Hey, this is for you.” The prime rib I ordered looked nothing like the advertisement on TV and was as tasteless as the service. This will be my last visit to Arby's.

Although the restaurant prepared the order perfectly, the customer was confused and believed some items were missing. Even so, the manager kindly made the items the customer thought were missing because they genuinely wanted to help. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and will definitely be returning. The restaurant was also extremely clean, with staff actively maintaining cleanliness despite it already looking great. A fantastic place to eat!

However, the food was tasty, and the staff were friendly. There was plenty of horsey and Arby sauce available. The orange cream shake alone makes it worth stopping by.
