I haven't dined here in ages and a lot has changed. There are now ipads to order off of and the overall aesthetic is very modern. When we walked in, the nice women in the front told us we can either order through her or on the ipad. We ordered through the ipad because we were still unsure of what to order, and once we were done. The women working said we could sit wherever we like since we were the only ones there. The food was out in a couple of minutes from drinks, appetizers, to entree. From the looks of it, presentation was very important and the food was presented neatly. The food in itself was flavorful, and comforting. I think not even mid-way through I truly knew that this was a well established family owned business because of how warming the service and food was. The vietnamese coffee that we got was so creamy like no other. It had a rich taste of vietnamese coffee beans but the creaminess of the coffee stole the spotlight for us. We absolutely loved it! The shrimp summer rolls were very fresh and did not have any bad quality to it. I will say I prefer when there's also pork strips in the summer rolls, but nothing to complain. The vermicelli noodles with lemongrass chicken and egg rolls was cooked to perfection. The eggs rolls were crunchy with a warm pork filled inside and the lemongras chicken was so flavorful and juicy, I melted. The pho broth was so comforting and had a very home like feel to it. I wish I could have gotten more food but my stomach was too full! Overall, I am very surprised that we were the only ones there. If you are looking for a nice and modern but also warming place to go to try vietnamese cuisine. I don't understand the bad reviews for this restaurant. As long as you're open minded, I will say this place is the place to go to in Fairfax area!
Best pho in Fairfax, and I know them all, haha. Compared to others, the soup's fragrance strikes you even before you actually taste it. The thinly sliced chicken pho might appear less but it actually works better for moisture. This is not your grandma's chicken soup but just as amazing! The location has excellent parking in a foodies strip mall try the turkish bakery or crêpes for dessert). The restaurant could use the ample sidewalk for covered outdoor seating, Mediterranean style, to attract a great atmosphere.
I absolutely love coming here for pho! I highly recommend it and always enjoy my meals!
I found hair in my pho, and there was no apology offered. The staff kept saying it was no problem, and they would give me a refund, but then they only brought cash for one soup, placed it on the table, and took it back. This was the worst experience I've had in twenty years of living in this area. I strongly advise against eating here.
Nestled in a Fairfax strip mall, this modern, family-run Vietnamese spot surprises with fast, polished service via self-order kiosks and quick plates—creamy Vietnamese coffee, flavorful Joyrolls, egg rolls, banh mi and generous portions earn praise. Opinions on the pho divide: some hail it as standout while others find the broth weak and pricey. Clean, welcoming decor and friendly staff contrast with occasional quality-control and customer-service lapses reported. Good parking and bike racks make it convenient for casual diners and coffee lovers alike.

Decent vietnamese restaurant. The self ordering machine is great and easy to use. The pho and the coffee tast especially great. Try out the egg coffee of they have it on hand.
Came in two hours before opening, restaurant was quite packed for a weekday. Place was operating on limited staff (likely offering low wages). Food was okay, wasn't that mind blowing and lack a lot of flavor you expect. I did not try to the Pho but I'll give it a try soon. Place was very coldly decorated. Add some color, flowers and personality please
If you are craving a real authentic pho this is definetly not a place to go. I trusted the positive reviews stating that they have the best pho in the area but UNFORTUNATELY NO! Their broth is super weak it tastes like spice and aroma infused water. Definetly watered down. Also it is really pricey compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in Northern VA. If you are pho enthusiasts I suggest you to avoid this place.
The restaurant has an automated ordering system and food service. There are new owners but it is still a pho place and they remodeled everything so it looks nice! One thing I wasn?t a fan of was the Thai ice tea. It tasted really good but it barely has any actual drink and is filled with ice. But otherwise, my experience was nice
