Food was cold, and it takes absolutely forever to pick up (I waited for 40 mins past my order pickup time)

I didn't get my chips and guacamole. I never got fajita veggies or queso on my bowl and it was ice cold by the time it got to which makes no sense bc I live right across the street from the chipotle that made this

This was my first time ordering from this location, and it certainly lived up to its reputation.
