I work many hours at my job so I tend to Uber eats a lot. This my second time having my order WRONG!! First time I ordered a giant sub extra everything. Instead I received a regular turkey sub. Called then and explained that I got the wrong sub . The lady insisted she made my food. I explained to her that I was denying she made it , Just that I didn’t receive it. Was really nasty. Uber refunded me. Just ordered again... View all feedback.
The food was excellent, as always, and the service was outstanding. The staff was very courteous!
I hate that this location is the only one near my job because they are HORRIBLE. If you order delivery, the order WILL BE WRONG and if you order in person, THEY WILL BE RUDE! The two stars is only because one lady (seemed like a manager because she was the ONLY professional or pleasant one I’ve encountered) realized that I didn’t eat pork, so she made them clean the blades before making my sandwich AND that was THE only time I didn’t encounter any problems; otherwise, I would give them ZERO stars if I could. This location needs some serious customer service training ASAP! Or maybe the staff should go work in a call center or something if they don’t want to be facing customers daily, because I don’t want to patronize any business who treats their customers like I’m inconveniencing them! Sandwiches get made with an attitude. You deal with an attitude at the register. From now on, I’ll go across the street to Firehouse Subs!
I placed an order June 30, 2023 from the Fairburn location. I received 2 of the 3 subs I ordered for delivery. I called inquiring about my 3rd sub right after the driver left my home. The person who answered the phone had the sub there in front of him. He told me I could come pick the sub up. I paid for delivery, why would I now drive to the restaurant to fix the problem they caused? He offered a refund which I accepted. It is now July 14, 2023 and I have not received my refund.
This place is definitely hit or miss. It has come a long ways the last couple of months but It should not take 45 minutes for a sub with just pickles. I understand this is a busy location but it has struggled the last year to get a stable staff. I eat here at least once a week but our office took a break the last 2 months because of the wait times. Today I asked how much longer and the mod seemed to have a problem with my question and was very rude to me. She continued to run her mouth instead of just 7 minutes. Hire more staff so the manager can manage her shift instead of working a position.
I go this Jersey Mike often since moving from New Jersey a year ago. Most of the time this place is a hit and miss especially doing the week during lunch hour. However, today on July 4th the team working the front counter who made my sandwich was exceptional. I arrive around 3:15pm the young lady who took the order had a great joyful attitude and made you feel welcome. The young man who made the sandwich was on a different level. His attention to detail and meticulous approach was exceptional. He took pride in his job and he made the sandwich look amazing and when I got home it taste as good as it look, delicious!!. The last young man responsible from wrapping the sandwich and holding it together did great. Nothing fell off and it was held together nicely. This group of 3 had a great chemistry and took pride in the job. I know this review was a little long but worth noting my experience here today. Great Job working on a holiday, you guys represent Jersey Mike in a positive and honorable way on July 4th..
