Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. However, they have been very slack with my large fries. I order large to get more, and still get a medium. These are my large fries right out of my bag.
There was nothing good to say about this location other than the food was the same good quality that the company is known for. EVERYTHING!!! else was HORRIBLE there were plastic petitions everywhere we drove around the store twice just trying to get inline. We would have park but there was NO parking anywhere on the lot the drive thru lines took up the parking lot.
I’ve visited this restaurant a few times in the morning on my way to work for breakfast. Unfortunately, the drive-thru line is remarkably slow, which is the primary reason I try to steer clear of this location. I understand it's busy because of its location near I-85, but they really need to work on their efficiency to get customers through the line more quickly. Waiting 20 minutes for my food is just too long. On the bright side, the food has been good, and the staff is friendly. However, if you’re in a rush to get to work, I wouldn’t recommend stopping here.
I visited this restaurant on October 17, 2022, and ordered a spicy grilled combo along with some nuggets. While I enjoyed the nuggets and the drink, the fries were under-seasoned and lacked salt. Unfortunately, the spicy grilled sandwich was served cold, and I found a piece of plastic in it when I took my second bite. I contacted Chick-fil-A about the issue, and they said the restaurant would follow up with me, but I haven't heard anything since. I suggest inspecting your food before eating, as it appears that the management is prioritizing speed over quality.
The restaurant was quite crowded during our visit. While the food was tasty, it was not served very hot. The server who took our order appeared to be confused about some details. The server who delivered our food did an adequate job, but the level of customer service fell short of what we usually expect from CFA. We were also surprised by how long it took for us to receive just two boxes of nuggets.
