I waited nearly 5 minutes just to place my order, and then they parked me in the lot to deliver my food. After 20 minutes of waiting, I still hadn’t received my... read more I waited nearly 5 minutes just to place my order, and then they parked me in the lot to deliver my food. After 20 minutes of waiting, I still hadn’t received my order, which was just a chicken strip combo. I tried calling, but there was no answer. I noticed the waitress coming out for the second time, so I waved to her, but she completely ignored me. I called again and finally got a response; she said she was looking for me but had mistakenly gone to the wrong car. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’m fine with waiting, but not for 20 minutes. I won’t be going back again.
