Hardee's - Fairburn

The absolute WORST place! They?re pulling 6 cars at a time to the side not to only take 15-20 mins to bring food but to have my order wrong and burned! Do not waste your time at this horrible place. Just close down! Wish I could choose 0 stars.

The breakfast was horrible. I ordered a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese with a side of grits. Awful the grits watery and the egg looked old. What I think happened they microwaved the sandwich even after i asked for cheese. Just did not taste or look freshly made. Will not return. ?

Let me take a moment to share my 5 star review. They got my order right, they were all professional and pleasant. The fries were fresh. They made sure we had our sauces and straws. This one gentleman briskly walked to give us our items. They pulled out all the bells and whistles. Kudos ?

The restaurant is clean and offers excellent customer service. The menu is dependable and consistent. It’s conveniently located next to Krystals and Starbucks, with plenty of parking available. A drive-thru option is also provided.

The drive-thru opens at 5 PM Tuesday to Friday, and at 6 PM on Sunday, but it’s closed on Mondays. The cookies are perfectly golden brown, just like they should be! The manager at the window is fantastic—she manages everything with grace, even when she’s juggling multiple roles. She opens, prepares, takes orders, cooks, serves at the cash register, and greets customers at the window, all while keeping a genuine smile on her face and showing real courtesy. Just be patient; she’s handling it all by herself. I plan to visit again during the week and will make a stop on Saturday. It’s conveniently located right at the 85-Zwischenabfahrt 61.
