Howeve... read more I visited this restaurant, and while the service was quick, I ended up forgetting my fries. The manager apologized and explained that they had new staff. However, the food was hot and fresh. My wife tried the mushroom burger and thought it could have used a bit more sauce, but she really enjoyed the flavor. After 20 minutes of waiting, I still hadn’t received my order, which was just a chicken strip combo. I tried calling, but there was no answer. I noticed the waitress coming out for the second time, so I waved to her, but she completely ignored me. I called again and finally got a response; she said she was looking for me but had mistakenly gone to the wrong car. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’m fine with waiting, but not for 20 minutes. I won’t be going back again.

You can’t really fault them for that. I also appreciated that they asked if I needed any condiments, which is becoming rare these days. However, they close at 4:00 PM and are not open in the evenings due to staffing issues. This is definitely a drawback, but I was there before closing, and I had a good experience. We ordered takeout for my son and me, and the food was delicious.

However, not all the burgers are worth trying—some of the smaller ones don't taste as good as the larger ones. It can be a bit more expensive compared to other fast food burger places, but it's worth a visit if you're looking for something different. I've had pleasant experiences with customer service on all my visits. That said, I would not recommend their fried chicken sandwich; it was poorly made and just not enjoyable. The four-star rating comes mostly from the disappointing chicken sandwich—I'd suggest sticking with the burgers and steering clear of the chicken options.
