They offered an... read more Went there to try their new country fried steak. The lady in charge did an excellent job at communicating to me they had run out of coffee cups. They offered an alternative. The food was good. The coffee was hot. The service was adequate. I have nocomplaints. For a fast food chain, they did a fantastic job on this day.

Most of the time the morning biscuits are very hard. They never have either cream or sugar for my coffee. One day it's no cream. I try themagain and they don't have sugar. Amazing they can't keep up with supplies. People wonder why Chick Fil La is so popular. It'sbecause I never have these issues.

I wished the sandw... read more It was ok for a chicken sandwich place. I didn't realize it was supposed to be spicy until I bit into the sandwich and noticed the seasoning. I wished the sandwich was warmer especially since it was during lunch. Overall I didn't have to wait long in thedrive thru and the rep was helpful. The fries were okay not as hot as I like too.

We could not get the attention of the manager. The staff was simply incompetent. We left without our order. Wow supper bad. Others noted thattoo, it was not just our bad luck.
