Ruth's Chris Steak House - Fair Oaks

Service was very slow, very expensive for subpar meal. Got the Cesar salad and it was soggy. We had a table for 7, everybody's steak came out and I had an additional 20 minute wait for my filet. Would not come back to that location again

Don't go on a holiday. Mother's Day fiasco. We waited 45 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Took forever and a day to get our food. Won't be going back anytime soon. I understand holidays are tough at restaurants but shouldn't be at Ruth Chris level restaurant.

This was Mother's Day and even though we made reservations our wait was about an hour. We waited another hour before the entrees were brought out. We requested our steaks to e medium, but there were rare. Our server did the right thing and only charged us the lemonade that my wife had. We normally have wonderful experiences at this location, but we will not visit again on such an occasion.

Reservation at 5p. Seated around 6p. Didn't get appetizers until 7p. Dinner plates around 7:30p. Left without food check by waiter for over an hour. One of the steaks was so tough it was not edible. Clearly understaffed and overbooked. Will not go to Fairfax location again.

My entire food bill was comped due to my steak not being prepared correctly TWICE. Very underdone on both occasions. Sides were spectacular as usual. Service was very good despite it being Mother's Day.
