This place was great! first there are not many places in the competition. the reality is, this place could increase the prices, but they do not migrate too much. for us to eat, including wine. € per person. I'll take it. this small mountain town sobrio has a road in the round. this restaurant is located on the back of the building. we ate outside under big umbrellas. the magnificent mountains around are a view to see. the chef is not sent too many foods so they get what they bought and created on this particular day. the south side of the Swiss is very Italian, they speak here Italian. although eating is not in separate curses as in italia. the truthahn was delish, the beans and the pasta, all very tasty.

Dieser Ort war großartig! Es gibt einfach nicht viele vergleichbare Orte. Die Realität ist, dass sie die Preise erhöhen könnten, aber zum Glück tun sie es nicht zu extrem. Wir haben insgesamt 163 € für 6 Personen bezahlt, inklusive Wein. Das sind 27 € pro Person, was für mich akzeptabel ist. Das kleine Bergdorf Sobrio hat eigentlich nur eine Straße. Das Restaurant befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes. Wir haben draußen unter großen Sonnenschirmen gegessen. Die atemberaubenden Berge rundherum sind eine wahre Augenweide. Die Köchin bereitet keine Massen an Essen zu, daher bekommst du an diesem Tag nur das, was sie frisch gekauft und kreiert hat. In der Südschweiz wird viel Italienisch gesprochen, daher ist die kulinarische Note sehr italienisch. Aber das Essen wird nicht, wie in Italien üblich, auf separaten Tellern serviert. Der Truthahn war köstlich, die Bohnen und die Pasta waren auch sehr lecker.
